These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Unison - Signal Sync mobile application (the "App") operated by Fabulisti ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional content. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not process payments directly.
You may create an account using Google Sign In or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings, which permanently removes all associated data.

All content in the App, including but not limited to puzzles, artwork, text, sounds, and code, is owned by Fabulisti and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabulisti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
