How do I restore my purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your unlock will be restored automatically if you previously purchased the full game.

Is an internet connection required?

No. Once levels are downloaded, you can play offline. An internet connection is only needed for syncing progress across devices and for daily challenges.

What does "synchronised" mean?

All signals must arrive at their destinations in the same number of steps. If one wire takes 6 steps and another takes 8, they're out of sync. Rethink your routes.

How do I get hints?

Hints unlock after failed attempts on a level. After 2 failures a text hint appears, and after 5 failures a one-step visual hint becomes available. No purchase required.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." If you no longer have the app installed, see the account deletion page for an email-based alternative.
