Delete your data
You have two separate options for removing data associated with Unison - Signal Sync:
reset your progress (clears level completions and stars but keeps
your account), or delete your account entirely. Both are irreversible.
Reset your progress (without deleting your account)
If you want to start over without losing your sign-in, use this option.
Your account and any in-app purchases remain intact — only your
game progress is cleared.
- Open Unison - Signal Sync.
- Open Settings from the main menu.
- Tap Reset Progress and confirm.
This removes your level completions, star ratings, and scores from our
servers. Your account, display name, and entitlements stay.
Delete your account — Option 1: From within the app
- Open Unison - Signal Sync.
- Make sure you are signed in with the account you want to delete
(email, Google, or Apple).
- Open Settings from the main menu.
- Scroll to the Danger zone section.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and associated data are removed immediately. The app will
continue to work in an anonymous state.
Delete your account — Option 2: By email
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, send a deletion
request to:

Include the email address you used to sign up, or any identifier that helps
us locate your account. We will confirm deletion by reply within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your authentication record (email, Google, or Apple sign-in link)
- Your game progress and level completion data
- Device and session identifiers linked to your account
- Crash diagnostics tied to your account identifier
- Your customer profile with our in-app purchase provider (RevenueCat)
What is retained
- Transaction records for completed purchases, retained as required by
tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). These records do not
contain gameplay data and are not used to identify you further.
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be traced back to you.
